A Demag “Cast Master” provides complete automation
for concrete pipe material handling. To enhance this process,
the Demag “CastMaster” is designed with an on-board
compressed air system. Air thrusters can be controlled from the
pendant control button, and an air source is available at the
extruder beam for powering the forms locking lugs, resulting in
increased safety, acceleration, deceleration, and production throughput.
